We undertake instructions on behalf of major companies to collect vehicles where the debtor has failed to keep up repayments, offering full coverage throughout England and Wales.

Our Recovery Agents are mainly time served Police and Military personnel used to dealing with individuals at all levels. They individually work with the utmost professionalism when recovering or collecting vehicles on finance or HP.

We collect vehicles and construction plant:

• Recovery due to failure to pay.
• End of lease agreements.
• Company motor vehicles at the end of employment contracts.

We also collect other forms of capital equipment on behalf of finance companies and manufacturers such as construction plant equipment and other general capital equipment recovery.

Our Recovery Agents provide a full vehicle report, countersigned by the debtor / user where possible, whether it is on a Voluntary Surrender or Involuntary Recovery basis.

Once the vehicle has been recovered, we can either store the vehicle at our secure off site compound or we can deliver the vehicle immediately to a destination of your choice.

We have Low Loaders and Recovery Trucks and access to other specialist vehicles for situations when keys are not present.

The service

We understand that communications between you and Nemesis Legal Services is a priority for any instructions we take from an individual client.

We recognise information feedback is also vitally important to you, ensuring you have the key information regarding the location of the vehicles.

On receipt of a recovery order we carry out an address verification process, to confirm the exact location of the vehicle.

The recovery order for each address supplied is then given three visits one early morning before 07.00hrs a late evening after 20.00hrs and midday visit. We have found through experience that the three visits will cover any working shift pattern and generally produce a high success rate regarding the recovery of our client’s vehicle.

If after three visits we have not located the hirer or the vehicle we will make contact with the given address as well as make appropriate local enquiries to gather additional information.

At every stage of this process we keep you informed with reports e-mailed directly to the account manager handling the case.

On locating the vehicle, it is secured and every attempt possible is made to contact the hirer or customer so that they can surrender the keys and vehicle documents and remove any goods inside the vehicle.

We always deal with the individual’s subject of the Instructions in a polite and courteous manner remembering at all times that they are your customers and future business is a consideration as well as positive feedback in the manner that they were treated.
